UGA Baseball Update

Four drafted players will be in Red and Black next season, including rising senior Patrick Bowling. Bowling looks to be an anchor for a pitching staff that needs anchors.  Three signees will also forgo signing to come to Georgia in this fall.

Four signees have signed their contracts. Clint Frazier, who was the 5th overall pick, has signed with Cleveland. Blake Shouse, Jarrett Freeland, and Wesley Jones all took the signing bonus money and have begun their professional careers. This is about what you would expect, so there is nothing too earth shattering here.
