Jere Morehead named The Finalist for UGA President

Looked all over the world and found their man sitting in the next office down. Morehead, who has been Provost for a number of years, is a bit of an unusual choice since he doesn't hold a PhD. He received his JD from UGA in 1980.

Couldn't tell you what this means for the University, outside of saying he is very much an Adams guy. As such, I wouldn't expect him to wraught big changes to the University or its relationships, either internally or externally. No word on his kickball prowess, though.
