Fred Gibson's NFL career never really got off the ground. He was on some practice squads, and he made some preseason game appearances. However, he never made an actual NFL roster. This season, he has resurfaced as an Albuquerque Thunderbird. The Thunderbirds are a D-League team in the NBA's Development League.
